s 31
Jika sa-kira-nya- () șa-suatu Statut berlawanan dengan peruntokan Perlembagaan ini; atau
(b) sa-suatu Akta berlawanan dengan peruntokan Perlembagaan ini atau sa-suatu Statut; atau
(c) șa-suatu peratoran berlawanan dengan peruntokan Perlembagaaı ini atau sa-suatu Statut atau Akta, maka peruntokan Perlembagaan, Statut atau Akta, mengikut mana yang erkenaan, hendak-lah di-pakai, dan Statut, Akta atau Peratoran itu mengikut mana yang berkenaan, ada-lah terbatal sa-takat mana ia berlawanan itu. Perlembagaan Pertelingkahan Statur, dsb.
