(1) Bagi maksud Bahagian ini tahun kewangan ia-lah satu tahun kalendar, atau apa? tempoh lain sa-bagaimana di-tetapkan oleh Majlis. (2) Akaun Majlis hendak-lah, dengan sa-berapa segera yang boleh, di-imbangkan bagi tahun kewangan yang lalu dan tahunan atau chabutan-nya hendak-lah di-sediakan. (3) Penyata tahunan atau chabutan yang tersebut dalam sekshenkechil (2) hendak-Iah di-sediakan mengikut bentok dan mengandongi maklumat sa-bagaimana di-arah oleh Majlis dari sa-masa ka-samasa.
