s 12 Validity of licence and permit

(1) A licence or permit granted under this Act shall be subject to such conditions as may be endorsed therein and shall, unless sooner revoked or suspended, be valid for a period of twelve months from the date of the granting or issue of such licence or permit or for such shorter period as may be specified in the licence or permit. (2) The Minister shall have the absolute discretion to refuse an application for a licence or permit.
