Petroleum (Safety Measures) Act 1984 s 12
(1) No vessel shall load or carry petroleum, whether in the hold or on deck, except under the conditions and restrictions imposed by the Act and any regulation made thereunder. (2) If any petroleum is loaded or is carried in any vessel in contravention of this section, the owner, master, and agent of such vessel shall each be guilty of an offence and be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit.
Membuat atau membawa petroleum
(1) Tiada sesuatu vesel boleh memuatkan atau membawa petroleum, sama ada dalam ruang muatan atau di atas geladak, kecuali mengikut syarat dan sekatan yang dikenakan oleh Akta ini dan manamana peraturan yang dibuat di bawahnya. (2) Jika apa-apa petroleum dimuatkan atau dibawa dalam manamana vesel dengan melanggar seksyen ini, pemunya, nakhoda dan ejen vesel itu adalah masing-masing melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi sepuluh ribu ringgit.
