s 15 Transportation of petroleum by air not permitted
No petroleum other than petroleum used solely for the purpose of the propulsion of that aircraft shall be transported in any aircraft except with the prior authorization of the Minister.

Tiada apa-apa petroleum selain petroleum yang digunakan semata-mata bagi maksud penggerakan pesawat udara itu boleh diangkut dalam mana-mana pesawat udara kecuali mendapat kebenaran Menteri terlebih dahulu.
