No person shall convey by road or railway any petroleum except in accordance with the Act and regulations made thereunder.

Tiada seseorang boleh menghantar apa-apa petroleum melalui jalan raya atau keretapi kecuali mengikut Akta ini dan peraturanperaturan yang dibuat di bawahnya.
