s 31 Application of this Part
(1) The provisions of this Part shall apply to equipment, gadgets, materials, plants, appliances, buildings, structures and installations or any part thereof used or intended to be used for any commercial or industrial purposes.
(2) In relation to equipment, gadgets, materials, plants, appliances, buildings, structures and installations or any part thereof used or intended to be used for domestic purposes, the provisions of this Part shall apply only to persons who sell or offer for sale any such equipment, gadgets, materials, plants, appliances, buildings, structures and installations or any part thereof.

Pemakaian Bahagian ini
(1) Peruntukan Bahagian ini terpakai bagi kelengkapan, alat, bahan, loji, perkakas, bangunan, struktur dan pepasangan atau manamana bahagiannya yang digunakan atau dimaksud untuk digunakan bagi maksud perdagangan atau perindustrian.
(2) Berhubungan dengan kelengkapan, alat, bahan, loji, perkakas, bangunan, struktur dan pepasangan atau mana-mana bahagiannya yang digunakan atau dimaksudkan untuk digunakan bagi maksud domestik, peruntukan Bahagian ini terpakai hanya bagi orang yang menjual atau menawarkan untuk dijual apa-apa kelengkapan, alat, bahan, loji, perkakas, bangunan, struktur dan pepasangan sedemikian atau mana-mana bahagiannya.
