Petroleum (Safety Measures) Act 1984 s 34
Any person who uses any equipment, gadgets, materials, plants, appliances, buildings, structures and installations or any part thereof in contravention of section 33 shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit and to a further fine of two thousand ringgit for each day or part of a day during which the offence continues after the first day in respect of which the conviction is recorded.
Kesalahan
Mana-mana orang yang menggunakan apa-apa kelengkapan, alat, bahan, loji, perkakas, bangunan, struktur dan pepasangan atau manamana bahagiannya dengan melanggar seksyen 33 melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi dua puluh ribu ringgit dan denda tambahan sebanyak dua ribu ringgit bagi tiap-tiap satu hari atau sebahagian daripada satu hari yang kesalahan itu berterusan selepas hari pertama yang berkenaan dengannya sabitan itu direkodkan.
