Petroleum (Safety Measures) Act 1984 s 46
(1) The Minister may by order prescribe codes of practice for the purposes of this Act and regulations made thereunder. (2) Upon publication of such codes of practice in the Gazette, such codes of practice shall have the force of law and shall become regulations under this Act.
Kuasa Menteri menetapkan tataamalan
(1) Menteri boleh melalui perintah menetapkan tataamalan bagi maksud Akta ini dan peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawahnya. (2) Apabila tataamalan itu disiarkan dalam Warta, tataamalan itu hendaklah mempunyai kuat kuasa undang-undang dan hendaklah menjadi peraturan-peraturan di bawah Akta ini.
