Petroleum (Safety Measures) Act 1984 s 48
(1) The Petroleum Ordinance 1949 [Ord. 46 of 1949] and the Petroleum Ordinance 1960 of Sabah [Sabah Ord. 21 of 1960] are hereby repealed. (2) Any regulations, rules, orders or notifications made under the laws referred to under subsection (1) shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with this Act, remain in force until revoked or replaced by subsidiary legislation made under this Act.
Pemansuhan
(1) Ordinan Petroleum 1949 [Ord. 46 tahun 1949] dan Ordinan Petroleum 1960 bagi Sabah [Sabah Ord. 21 tahun 1960] adalah dengan ini dimansuhkan. (2) Apa-apa peraturan-peraturan, kaedah, perintah atau pemberitahuan yang dibuat di bawah undang-undang yang disebut di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah, setakat mana ia tidak berlawanan dengan Akta ini, terus berkuat kuasa sehingga dibatalkan atau digantikan dengan perundangan subsidiari yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini.
