s 10 Power to charge, receive and recover fees

(1) The Board shall have the power to charge and receive fees and, through the Government of Malaysia, recover fees for any services rendered by the Board. (2) The power under subsection (1) shall be without prejudice to the power of the Minister under paragraph 68(2)(m).

Kuasa mengenakan, menerima dan mendapatkan kembali fi

(1) Lembaga adalah berkuasa mengenakan dan menerima fi dan, melalui Kerajaan Malaysia, mendapatkan kembali fi kerana apa-apa perkhidmatan yang diberikan oleh Lembaga. (2) Kuasa di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah tidak menjejaskan kuasa Menteri di bawah subperenggan 68(2)(m).
