Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 s 19
(1) The appropriate authority shall keep and maintain such registers as may be prescribed for the purposes of this Act. (2) The contents of every such register may be proved in any proceeding without production of the register by a certificate under the hand of the appropriate authority and every such certificate shall be prima facie proof of the matters stated therein.
Daftar
(1) Pihak berkuasa berkenaan hendaklah menyimpan dan menyenggara apa-apa daftar sebagaimana ditetapkan bagi maksud Akta ini. (2) Kandungan tiap-tiap daftar itu boleh dibuktikan dalam manamana prosiding tanpa mengemukakan daftar itu dengan perakuan yang ditandatangani oleh pihak berkuasa berkenaan dan tiap-tiap perakuan itu hendaklah menjadi bukti prima facie mengenai perkara yang dinyatakan di dalamnya.
