Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 s 23
(1) A licence issued under this Act may from time to time be renewed. (2) An application to renew a licence shall be made to the appropriate authority in such manner as may be prescribed. (3) The appropriate authority may on such application renew the licence or may, if it thinks it fit so to do, refuse to renew the licence.
Pembaharuan lesen
(1) Lesen yang dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini boleh diperbaharui dari semasa ke semasa. (2) Permohonan untuk memperbaharui lesen hendaklah dibuat kepada pihak berkuasa berkenaan mengikut apa-apa cara yang ditetapkan. (3) Pihak berkuasa berkenaan boleh atas permohonan itu memperbaharui lesen atau boleh, jika difikirkannya patut berbuat demikian, enggan memperbaharui lesen itu.
