Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 s 30
(1) No person shall transport any radioactive waste without the prior authorization in writing of the appropriate authority. (2) Any authorization given by the appropriate authority under this section may be subject to such conditions as the appropriate authority may think necessary to impose for the protection of the public.
Mengangkut sisa radioaktif dengan terlebih dahulu mendapat kebenaran pihak berkuasa berkenaan
(1) Tiada seorang pun boleh mengangkut apa-apa sisa radioaktif tanpa terlebih dahulu mendapat kebenaran secara bertulis daripada pihak berkuasa berkenaan. (2) Apa-apa kebenaran yang diberi oleh pihak berkuasa berkenaan di bawah seksyen ini boleh tertakluk kepada apa-apa syarat yang difikirkan perlu dikenakan oleh pihak berkuasa berkenaan bagi perlindungan orang ramai.
