Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 s 53
Subject to section 43, where several nuclear installations of one and the same installation operator are involved in one nuclear incident, such installation operator shall be liable in respect of each nuclear installation involved up to the amount established under section 59.
Liabiliti pengendali bagi beberapa pepasangan nuklear yang terlibat dalam suatu insiden nuklear
Tertakluk kepada seksyen 43, jika beberapa pepasangan nuklear yang dikendalikan oleh seorang pengendali pepasangan yang sama terlibat dalam suatu insiden nuklear, pengendali pepasangan itu adalah bertanggungan berkenaan dengan tiap-tiap satu pepasangan nuklear yang terlibat itu sebanyak amaun yang ditetapkan di bawah seksyen 59.
