s 56 Several nuclear installations on same site

The appropriate authority may determine that several nuclear installations of one installation operator which are located at the same site shall be considered as a single nuclear installation for the purposes of this Part.

Pihak berkuasa berkenaan boleh memutuskan supaya beberapa pepasangan nuklear yang dikendalikan oleh seorang pengendali pepasangan yang terletak atas tapak yang sama dianggap sebagai satu pepasangan nuklear bagi maksud Bahagian ini.
