Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 s 6

s 6 Meetings of the Board

(1) The Board shall meet at least three times a year at such times and at such places as the Chairman may appoint. (2) Four members, including the Chairman, shall constitute the quorum of the Board. (3) In the event of an equal division of votes on any matter before the Board, the Chairman shall have the casting vote.

Mesyuarat Lembaga

(1) Lembaga hendaklah bermesyuarat sekurang-kurangnya tiga kali setahun pada bila-bila masa dan di mana-mana tempat yang ditetapkan oleh Pengerusi. (2) Empat orang anggota, termasuk Pengerusi, hendaklah menganggotai kuorum Lembaga. (3) Sekiranya bilangan undi didapati sama banyak atas apaapa perkara di hadapan Lembaga, Pengerusi berhak memberi undi pemutus.
