Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 s 67
(1) The Board may from time to time, subject to any special or general directions, delegate to any person or class of persons (whether by name or office) such of its powers and duties under this Act as it may think fit. (2) Any delegation made under this section may at any time be revoked or varied by the Board.
Pewakilan kuasa dan tugas
(1) Lembaga boleh dari semasa ke semasa, tertakluk kepada apa-apa arahan khas atau am, mewakilkan kepada mana-mana orang atau mana-mana golongan orang (sama ada atas nama atau jawatan) mana-mana daripada kuasa dan tugasnva di bawah Akta ini sebagaimana difikirkannya patut. (2) Apa-apa perwakilan yang dibuat di bawah seksyen ini boleh pada bila-bila masa dibatalkan atau diubah oleh Lembaga.
