Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 s 69
(1) The Minister may by order in the Gazette, subject to such conditions or restrictions as he may consider necessary or expedient to impose, exempt any person or class of persons from any or all of the provisions of this Act. (2) Any order made under this section shall be laid before both Houses of Parliament.
Pengecualian
(1) Menteri boleh, melalui perintah dalam Warta, dengan tertakluk kepada apa-apa syarat atau sekatan yang difikirkannya perlu atau suaimanfaat dikenakan, mengecualikan mana-mana orang atau mana-mana golongan orang dari mana-mana atau semua peruntukan Akta ini. (2) Apa-apa perintah yang dibuat di bawah seksyen ini hendaklah dibentangkan di hadapan Dewan Rakyat dan Dewan Negara.
