Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984 s 70
The Radioactive Substances Act 1968 [Act 17 of 1968] is repealed: Provided that any permit issued under that Act shall remain valid and be deemed to have been issued as a licence under this Act by the appropriate authority, depending upon whether the activity licensed is in respect of a medical purpose or a purpose other than a medical purpose as determined by the Board, and shall have effect for the period specified therein.
Pemansuhan Akta Benda-Benda Radioaktif 1968 [Akta 17/68]
Akta Benda-Benda Radioaktif 1968 adalah dimansuhkan: Dengan syarat bahawa apa-apa permit yang dikeluarkan di bawah Akta tersebut adalah tetap sah dan disifat telah dikeluarkan sebagai suatu lesen di bawah Akta ini oleh pihak berkuasa berkenaan, bergantung atas sama ada aktiviti yang dilesenkan itu adalah berkenaan dengan maksud perubatan atau suatu maksud selain maksud perubatan sebagaimana yang ditetapkan oleh Lembaga, dan hendaklah berkuat kuasa selama tempoh yang dinyatakan di dalamnya.
