Child Care Centre Act 1984 s 19
Any person who manages or maintains a child care centre at the date of coming into force of this Act shall within a period of six months from the date of such commencement apply to the Director General in the prescribed form for the issue of a certificate of registration.
Taman asuhan kanak-kanak yang ada
Mana-mana orang yang menguruskan atau menyenggarakan sesuatu taman asuhan kanak-kanak pada tarikh mula berkuat kuasanya Akta ini hendaklah dalam tempoh enam bulan dari tarikh permulaan kuat kuasa itu memohon kepada Ketua Pengarah dalam borang yang ditetapkan supaya dikeluarkan suatu perakuan pendaftaran.
