s 7 Members, officers and servants of Commission deemed public servants
Every member, officer and servant of the Election Commission shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Tiap-tiap anggota, pegawai dan pekhidmat Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
