Where an offence under this Act or any applicable written law has been committed by any person on board a vessel, the master of such vessel shall also be guilty of that offence and shall be liable to the punishment provided in section 29.
Jika suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini atau mana-mana undang-undang bertulis yang terpakai telah dilakukan oleh mana-mana orang atas suatu vesel, nakhoda vesel tersebut adalah juga melakukan kesalahan itu dan boleh dikenakan hukuman yang diperuntukkan dalam seksyen 29.
