Except as otherwise provided in this Act, any written law relating to fisheries shall be applicable in the exclusive economic zone and on the continental shelf with such necessary modifications or exceptions as may be provided in an order made under section 42.
Kecuali sebagaimana diperuntukkan selainnya undangbertulis dalam Akta ini, mana-mana undang-undang bertulis berhububerhubungan dengan perikanan hendaklah terpakai gan dengan perikanan dalam zon ekonomi eksklusif dan pelantar benua terpakai dalam zon cenian apa-apa ubahsuaian yang perlu atau pengedan. :sebagaimana diperuntukkan dalam suatu pelantar perintah yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 42. benua.
