s 101A Power of court to order revocation and disqualification
(1) Subject to subsection (2), where any person is convicted of an offence under this Act, the court may, in addition to any other penalty that may be imposed, order that any licence or permit issued under this Act in relation to which the offence has been committed be revoked.
(2) Where any person is convicted of an offence under section 15, 40 or 86, the court shall, in addition to any other penalty that may be imposed, order that any licence or permit issued under this Act in relation to which the offence has been committed be revoked.
(3) Where any person to whom a licence or permit has been issued under this Act is convicted of a second or subsequent offence under this Act, the court shall, in addition to any other penalty that may be imposed, order that any licence or permit issued under this Act in relation to which the offence has been committed be revoked.
(4) Where any licence or permit has been revoked under this section, the court shall order that such person to whom a licence or permit has been issued be disqualified from holding any licence or permit for a period not exceeding five years.
(5) Any person who obtains or attempts to obtain any licence or permit under this Act while he is so disqualified shall be guilty of an offence.

Kuasa mahkamah untuk memerintahkan pembatalan dan hilang kelayakan
(1) Tertakluk kepada subseksyen (2), jika mana-mana orang disabitkan atas suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini, mahkamah boleh, sebagai tambahan kepada apa-apa penalti lain yang boleh dikenakan, memerintahkan apa-apa lesen atau permit yang dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini yang berkaitan dengannya kesalahan itu telah dilakukan dibatalkan.
(2) Jika mana-mana orang disabitkan atas suatu kesalahan di bawah seksyen 15, 40 atau 86, mahkamah hendaklah, sebagai tambahan kepada apa-apa penalti lain yang boleh dikenakan, memerintahkan apa-apa lesen atau permit yang dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini yang berkaitan dengannya kesalahan itu telah dilakukan dibatalkan.
(3) Jika mana-mana orang yang kepadanya suatu lesen atau permit telah dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini disabitkan atas kesalahan kedua atau yang berikutan di bawah Akta ini, mahkamah hendaklah, sebagai tambahan kepada apa-apa penalti lain yang boleh dikenakan, memerintahkan apa-apa lesen atau permit yang dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini yang berkaitan dengannya kesalahan itu telah dilakukan dibatalkan.
(4) Jika apa-apa lesen atau permit telah dibatalkan di bawah seksyen ini, mahkamah hendaklah memerintahkan orang yang kepadanya suatu lesen atau permit telah dikeluarkan hilang kelayakan untuk memegang apa-apa lesen atau permit selama tempoh tidak melebihi lima tahun.
(5) Mana-mana orang yang memperoleh atau cuba memperoleh apa-apa lesen atau permit di bawah Akta ini semasa dia hilang kelayakan melakukan suatu kesalahan.
