National Forestry Act 1984 s 108

s 108 Recovery of money due to the State Authority

All money, other than fines or money recoverable as a fine, payable to the State Authority under this Act may be recovered by the State Authority by civil proceedings as a debt due to the State Authority.

Mendapatkan wang yang kena dibayar kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri

Semua wang, selain denda dan wang yang boleh diterima sebagai denda, yang kena dibayar kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri di bawah Akta ini boleh didapatkan kembali oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri melalui prosiding sivil sebagai hutang yang kena dibayar kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri.
