s 114 Modifications for Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur

(1) In its application to the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, this Act shall be subject to the modifications set out in the Fifth Schedule. (2) The Minister may, from time to time by order, amend the Fifth Schedule.

Ubah suaian bagi Wilayah Persekutuan

(1) Dalam pemakaiannya bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Akta ini hendaklah tertakluk kepada ubah suaian yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Kelima. (2) Menteri boleh, dari semasa ke semasa melalui perintah, meminda Jadual Kelima.
