National Forestry Act 1984 s 116

s 116 Power of State Authority to make additional transitional provisions, etc.

The State Authority may by rules make such provisions as it considers necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing any difficulties occasioned by the coming into force of this Act, any such rule may be made so as to have effect as from the commencement of this Act.

Kuasa Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membuat peruntukan peralihan tambahan, dsb.

Pihak Berkuasa Negeri boleh melalui kaedah-kaedah membuat apa-apa peruntukan sebagaimana difikirkannya perlu atau suai manfaat bagi maksud menyingkirkan apa-apa kesulitan yang disebabkan oleh berkuat kuasanya Akta ini, sesuatu kaedah sedemikian boleh dibuat supaya dapat berkuat kuasa mulai dari permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini.
