National Forestry Act 1984 s 14
All forest produce situate, lying, growing or having its origin within a permanent reserved forest or State land shall be the property of the State Authority except where the rights to such forest produce have been specifically disposed of in accordance with the provisions of this Act or any other written law.
Segala hasil hutan adalah harta Pihak Berkuasa Negeri
Segala hasil hutan yang berada, terletak, tumbuh atau berasal dalam hutan simpanan kekal atau tanah Kerajaan hendaklah menjadi harta Pihak Berkuasa Negeri kecuali jika hak ke atas hasil hutan itu telah dilupuskan secara khusus mengikut peruntukan Akta ini atau mana-mana undang-undang bertulis lain.
