National Forestry Act 1984 s 28
The State Authority may, in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter and of any rules, permit the taking under licence (to be known as minor licence) of any major forest produce not exceeding seventy cubic metres or any minor forest produce from any— (a) permanent reserved forest; or (b) State land.
Kuasa untuk membenarkan pengambilan hasil hutan dengan cara lesen kecil
Pihak Berkuasa Negeri boleh, mengikut peruntukan Bab ini dan mana-mana kaedah, membenarkan pengambilan dengan lesen (dikenali sebagai lesen kecil) apa-apa hasil utama hutan yang tidak melebihi tujuh puluh meter padu atau mana-mana hasil kecil hutan dari mana-mana— (a) hutan simpanan kekal; atau (b) tanah Kerajaan.
