s 37 Use permits not capable of transfer or transmission on death
A use permit shall not be capable of assignment; and every use permit shall terminate on the death of the person, or dissolution of the body, for the time being the holder thereof.

Permit penggunaan tidak boleh dipindah milik atau berpindah atas kematian
Sesuatu permit penggunaan tidak boleh diserah hak; dan tiap-tiap permit penggunaan hendaklah tamat tempohnya atas kematian orang, atau pembubaran perbadanan, yang pada masa itu adalah pemegang permit tersebut.
