National Forestry Act 1984 s 53
A licensee who constructs or maintains a road under section 52, his servants and agents, shall be entitled to the use of such road for the purpose of taking forest produce from his licence area and, except as may be provided under section 54, he shall not levy any charge or toll for the use of such road by other persons.
Pemegang lesen berhak menggunakan jalan yang dibina atau disenggara olehnya
Seseorang pemegang lesen yang membina atau menyenggara suatu jalan di bawah seksyen 52, pekhidmat atau ejennya, adalah berhak menggunakan jalan itu bagi maksud mengambil hasil hutan dari kawasan lesennya dan, kecuali sebagaimana diperuntukkan di bawah seksyen 54, dia tidak boleh melevi apa-apa caj atau tol bagi kegunaan jalan itu oleh orang lain.
