s 61 Royalty payable to State Authority
Royalty shall be payable to the State Authority in respect of all forest produce taken at the rates laid down in the royalty rate list as published in the Gazette by the State Authority.

Royalti yang kena dibayar kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri
Royalti hendaklah kena dibayar kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri mengenai semua hasil hutan yang diambil mengikut kadar yang ditetapkan dalam senarai kadar royalti sebagaimana disiarkan dalam Warta oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri.
