s 64 Director to maintain register of property marks

The Director shall maintain a register of all property marks and the register shall contain— (a) particulars of each property mark registered; (b) the name of the licensee concerned; and (c) a description of the licence and the licence area.

Pengarah hendaklah menyenggara daftar tanda harta

Pengarah hendaklah menyenggara suatu daftar bagi semua tanda harta dan daftar itu hendaklah mengandungi— (a) butir-butir setiap tanda harta yang didaftarkan; (b) nama pemegang lesen yang berkenaan; dan (c) perihal lesen dan kawasan lesen.
