National Forestry Act 1984 s 73
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, ownership to any forest produce shall not pass to any person unless— (a) all royalty, premium, cess and other charges payable in respect of the licence and forest produce have been paid to the State Authority; and (b) a removal pass has been issued in respect of such forest produce.
Hak milik hasil hutan
Walau apa pun yang terkandung dalam Akta ini, pemunyaan mana-mana hasil hutan tidak boleh berpindah kepada mana-mana orang melainkan jika— (a) segala royalti, premium, ses dan caj lain yang kena dibayar berkenaan dengan lesen dan hasil hutan itu telah dibayar kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri; dan (b) suatu pas pemindah telah dikeluarkan bagi hasil hutan itu.
