s 75 Deposit to secure payment
(1) Before any licence, minor licence or use permit is issued, the applicant shall deposit such sum of money as may be determined by the authority issuing the same as security for the due observance of the provisions of the licence, minor licence or use permit, as the case may be, and for the payment of any or all sums payable to the State Authority.
(2) Such authority may require the deposit to be in any of the following forms:
(a) cash;
(b) valid written guarantee of a licensed commercial bank;
(c) a combination of (a) and (b).
(3) The Director may, whenever he considers it necessary to do so, require the licensee or the holder of the use permit or minor licence, as the case may be, to forthwith deposit an additional sum of money, or provide a new deposit to replace the deposit previously made.

Deposit bagi menjamin bayaran
(1) Sebelum sesuatu lesen, lesen kecil atau permit penggunaan dikeluarkan, pemohon hendaklah mendepositkan sejumlah wang sebagaimana ditentukan oleh pihak berkuasa yang mengeluarkannya sebagai menjamin pematuhan wajar akan peruntukan lesen, lesen kecil atau permit penggunaan, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, dan bagi pembayaran apa-apa atau semua wang yang kena dibayar kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri.
(2) Pihak berkuasa itu boleh menghendaki deposit itu dalam mana-mana bentuk yang berikut:
(a) wang tunai;
(b) jaminan bertulis yang sah daripada suatu bank komersial berlesen;
(c) gabungan (a) dan (b).
(3) Pengarah boleh, apabila difikirkannya perlu berbuat demikian, menghendaki supaya pemegang lesen atau pemegang permit penggunaan atau lesen kecil, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, mendepositkan dengan serta-merta suatu jumlah wang tambahan, atau mengadakan deposit baru bagi menggantikan deposit yang dibuat sebelumnya.
