s 79 Disposal of unclaimed timber
Where no claim is made within the period specified under section 77, or where such claim has been made and rejected, the ownership of such timber shall vest in the State Authority free from all encumbrances.

Pelupusan kayu tidak dituntut
Jika tiada apa-apa tuntutan dibuat dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan di bawah seksyen 77, atau jika tuntutan itu telah dibuat dan ditolak, pemunyaan kayu itu hendaklah terletak hak pada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bebas daripada segala bebanan.
