(1) This Act may be cited as the Wood-based Short title Industries (State Legislatures Competency) Act 1984 application. and, subject to subsection (2), shall apply throughout Malaysia. (2) This Act shall come into force in a State upon the adoption of the National Forestry Act 1984 by a law Act313. made by the Legislature of the State pursuant to Clause (3) of Article 76 of the Federal Constitution.
(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Industri Tajuk ringkas dan Berasas Kayu (Kekuasaan Badan Perundangan Negeri) pemakaian. 1984 dan, tertakluk kepadı subseksyen (2), adalah terpakai di seluruh Malaysia. (2) Akta ini hendaklah mula berkuatkuasa dalam sesuatu Negeri apabila Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 Akta 313. diterima pakai menurut suatu undang-undang yang dibuat oleh Badan Perundangan Negeri menurut Fasal (3) Perkara 76 Perlembagaan Persekutuan.
