s 4
Any law passed by a State Legislature pursuant to Conditions this Act shall provide restrictions.
(a) that the issue of a licence thereunder shall not be deemed to relieve the licence holder from compliance with any Federal law relating to the activity for which the licence is issued; and
(b) that any licence issued thereunder shall not confait or inoonistent wit rani cobichi or restriction imposed on any other licence issued to the licence holder under any rederal law which relates to the same activity.

Mana-mana undang-undang yang diluluskan oleh Syaratsyarat dan sesuatu Badan Perundangan Negeri menurut Akta ini . sekatanhendaklah memperuntukkan sekatan.
(a) bahawa pengeluaran lesen di bawahnya tidak boleh dısıtatkan melepaskan pemegang lesen darı pematuhan kepada mana-mana Undang- Undang Persekutuan berhubungan dengan aktiviti-aktiviti yang baginya lesen itu dikeluarkan; dan
(b) bahawa sesuatu lesen yang dikeluarkan di bawahnya tidak boleh mengandungi apa-apa syarat atau sekatan yang bercanggah atau berlawanan dengan apa-apa syarat atau sekatan yang dikenakan pada mana-mana lesen lain yang dikeluarkan kepada pemegang lesen di
[S. 4-5, Jadual] Kekecualian. bawah mana-mana Undang-Undang Persekutuan yang berkaitan dengan aktiviti yang sama.
