Printing of Qur'Anic Texts Act 1986 s 25
The Minister may make regulations— (a) for prescribing the forms to be used under this Act; (b) for fixing the fees to be charged under this Act; (c) to provide for any matter or thing which is to be or may be prescribed; (d) to provide for the procedure for the submission of Qur’anic texts to the Lembaga; (e) to provide for the form of the certificates under this Act; (f) generally for carrying into effect the provisions of this Act. Peraturan-peraturan
Menteri boleh membuat peraturan-peraturan— (a) bagi menetapkan borang untuk digunakan di bawah Akta ini; (b) bagi menetapkan fi yang dikenakan di bawah Akta ini; (c) untuk membuat peruntukan mengenai apa-apa perkara atau hal yang kena atau yang boleh ditetapkan; (d) untuk membuat peruntukan bagi tatacara mengenai pengemukaan teks Al-Qur’an kepada Lembaga; (e) untuk membuat peruntukan mengenai bentuk perakuan di bawah Akta ini; (f) pada amnya bagi melaksanakan peruntukan Akta ini.
