s 53 Application of sections 27 and 29 of the repealed law
(1) Where a company has incurred any approved outgoings or expenses prior to 1 January 1986 in connection with the promotion of exports from Malaysia, section 27 of the repealed law shall, notwithstanding the repeal, apply to such approved outgoings and expenses.
(2) Where a company exports products manufactured in Malaysia prior to 1 January 1986, section 29 of the repealed law shall, notwithstanding the repeal, apply in respect of such products.
