s 37 Amendment of section 15

Section 15 of the Stamp Ordinance 1949 is amended— (a) by deleting the words “the scheme is in compliance with Government policy on capital participation in industry and” in subsection (1); (b) by deleting the words “or liquidation,” in paragraph (5) (b); and (c) by inserting immediately after the words “in consequence of reconstruction, amalgamation” the words “, liquidation or in compliance with Government policy on capital participation in industry” in subsection (5)(b).
