Deposit of Library Material Act 1986 s 6
The Director General may authorize the disposal of any library material delivered to him under the provisions of this Act, provided that wherever practical, a copy of the library material is conserved in original or other form.
Pelupusan bahan perpustakaan
Ketua Pengarah boleh membenarkan pelupusan apa-apa bahan perpustakaan yang diserahkan kepadanya di bawah peruntukan Akta ini, dengan syarat bahawa di mana-mana praktik satu naskhah bahan perpustakaan itu telah dipulihara dalam bentuk asal atau bentuk lain.
