Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board Act 1987 s 11
The Board may in writing delegate to the Chairman, a Board Officer, a road transport officer after consultation with the Director General or any public officer as the Board deems fit, any of its functions other than those which the Minister may by rules expressly require to be discharged by the Board.

Lembaga boleh secara bertulis mewakilkan kepada Pengerusi, seorang pegawai Lembaga atau seorang pegawai pengangkutan jalan setelah berunding dengan Ketua Pengarah atau mana-mana pegawai awam sebagaimana yang difikirkan patut oleh Lembaga, mana-mana fungsinya selain daripada fungsi yang Menteri hendakkan secara nyata melalui kaedah-kaedah supaya dijalankan oleh Lembaga.
