Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board Act 1987 s 12
(1) The Board shall submit to the Minister, not later than the 30th day of June, an annual report of its proceedings for the previous year containing particulars with respect to such matters as the Minister may direct. (2) The Minister shall cause every such annual report to be laid before both Houses of Parliament.
Laporan tahunan
(1) Lembaga hendaklah mengemukakan kepada Menteri tidak lewat dari 30hb Jun, suatu laporan tahunan mengenai prosidingnya bagi tahun yang lalu yang mengandungi butir-butir mengenai apa-apa perkara sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Menteri. (2) Menteri hendaklah menyebabkan tiap-tiap laporan tahunan tersebut dibentangkan di hadapan kedua-dua Majlis Parlimen.
