Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board Act 1987 s 23
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Board may, on an application, authorize for a period not exceeding three months and subject to such conditions as it thinks fit to impose, the holder of a public service vehicle licence of a particular class to use the authorized vehicle as a public service vehicle of any other class.
Pertukaran sementara penggunaan kenderaan perkhidmatan awam
Walau apa pun yang terkandung dalam Akta ini, Lembaga, atas suatu permohonan, boleh membenarkan pemegang lesen kenderaan perkhidmatan awam dari kelas tertentu untuk menggunakan kenderaan dibenarkan itu sebagai suatu kenderaan perkhidmatan awam manamana kelas lain untuk suatu tempoh tidak melebihi tiga bulan dan tertakluk pada apa-apa syarat yang difikirkan patut dikenakan oleh Lembaga.
