Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board Act 1987 s 26C
s 26C Application for variation
On an application by a holder of an intermediation business licence for a variation of the intermediation business licence or the conditions of the intermediation business licence, the Board shall have full power in its discretion—
(a) to grant the application in full or in part;
(b) to refuse the application; or
(c) to order any variation of the intermediation business licence or the conditions of the intermediation business licence other than the variation specified in the application.

Permohonan bagi pengubahan
Apabila permohonan dibuat oleh pemegang lesen perniagaan pengantaraan bagi pengubahan lesen perniagaan pengantaraan atau syarat lesen perniagaan pengantaraan, Lembaga hendaklah mempunyai kuasa penuh dalam budi bicaranya—
(a) untuk meluluskan permohonan itu sepenuhnya atau sebahagiannya;
(b) untuk menolak permohonan itu; atau
(c) untuk memerintahkan apa-apa pengubahan pada lesen perniagaan pengantaraan itu atau syarat lesen perniagaan pengantaraan itu selain pengubahan yang dinyatakan dalam permohonan itu.
