s 26F Duty of the holder of an intermediation business licence to keep records, etc.
(1) It shall be the duty of the holder of an intermediation business licence to keep such accounts and records as required by the Board under section 40 in relation to the intermediation business licence issued to him.
(2) A holder of an intermediation business licence who fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than one thousand ringgit but not more than ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.

Kewajipan pemegang lesen perniagaan pengantaraan untuk menyimpan rekod, dsb.
(1) Menjadi kewajipan seorang pemegang lesen perniagaan pengantaraan untuk menyimpan apa-apa akaun dan rekod sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh Lembaga di bawah seksyen 40 berhubung dengan lesen perniagaan pengantaraan yang dikeluarkan kepadanya.
(2) Seseorang pemegang lesen perniagaan pengantaraan yang tidak mematuhi subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak kurang daripada satu ribu ringgit tetapi tidak lebih daripada sepuluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi satu tahun atau kedua-duanya.
