Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board Act 1987 s 44
Every police officer making an investigation under this Act may exercise any or all of the special powers in relation to police investigation in seizable cases conferred on such police officer by Chapter XIII of the Criminal Procedure Code [Act 593], and the provisions of sections 112 to 114 of that Code shall apply to statements made by persons examined in the course of such investigation.
Kuasa pihak polis dalam penyiasatan
Tiap-tiap pegawai polis yang menjalankan penyiasatan di bawah Akta ini boleh menjalankan mana-mana atau kesemua kuasa khas berhubungan dengan penyiasatan polis dalam kes boleh tangkap yang diberi kepada pegawai polis oleh Bab XIII Kanun Tatacara Jenayah [Akta 593], dan peruntukan seksyen 112 hingga 114 Kanun tersebut hendaklah terpakai kepada pernyataan yang dibuat oleh orang yang diperiksa semasa penyiasatan itu dijalankan.
