Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board Act 1987 s 44C
s 44C Power to seize document, etc.
(1) If any police officer or road transport officer or Board Officer has reasonable cause to believe that a document carried on a vehicle, or any licence, record or other document produced to him pursuant to this Act by the driver or person in charge of a vehicle is a document, licence or record in relation to which an offence under this Act has been committed, he may seize or detach the document, licence or record from the vehicle.
(2) If the licence seized under subsection (1) is a licence which has been suspended under section 25, the licence shall be returned to the holder of the licence upon the expiry of the period of suspension.

Kuasa untuk menyita dokumen, dsb.
(1) Jika mana-mana pegawai polis atau pegawai pengangkutan jalan atau Pegawai Lembaga mempunyai sebab yang munasabah untuk mempercayai bahawa dokumen yang dibawa di atas sesuatu kenderaan, atau apa-apa lesen, rekod atau dokumen lain yang dikemukakan kepadanya menurut Akta ini oleh pemandu atau orang yang menjaga sesuatu kenderaan adalah dokumen, lesen atau rekod yang berhubungan dengannya suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini telah dilakukan, dia boleh menyita atau menanggalkan dokumen, lesen atau rekod itu dari kenderaan itu.
(2) Jika lesen yang disita di bawah subseksyen (1) ialah lesen yang telah digantung di bawah seksyen 25, lesen itu hendaklah dikembalikan kepada pemegang lesen apabila tamat tempoh penggantungan.
